Hours & Holidays


17th Street Plaza business hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Access to the building is limited to those with security issued photo access cards outside of normal business hours.

The building is closed in observance of the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day 
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

A front lobby desk attendant will be on duty during each of these holidays. Should tenants require any cleaning, heating, ventilating, air conditioning or other special services on any of the above dates, or after hours, please contact the Management Office at least 48 hours in advance. Tenants will be charged for building services on these days.
